1. What exactly does it entail when an entity adopts a beach?
2. How do the Surfriders monitor whether or not the adoptive entity sufficiently does its part in maintaining its beach?
3. If an entity is found not to be doing its job, are there provisions for stripping that entity of its ability to participate in the Adopt-a-Beach Program?
