Due to the temporary closure of the regional landfill in Bertie County, the Dare County Transfer Station—where we deliver collected trash—will not be accepting waste tomorrow. As a result, the trash collection scheduled for Friday, February 21, will be postponed until Monday, February 24.
Trash collection throughout Nags Head will take place on Monday. Please wait until Sunday evening to place your trash cart by the road.
