Bank Drafting Form
Fill out and submit the Town's Bank Drafting Form for water utility. The encrypted DocuSign form will be submitted electronically to the Water Billing Specialist.

Billing Address Change and/or Request for E-Bill
Please notify us of any change in your billing address. It is the responsibility of the owner to notify the Town of any changes.

Late Payments
View notices concerning late payments and how the Town handles these situations.

New Water Accounts
New owners must apply for a water service account by completing the New Owner Water Service Application, the Water Service Application SSN Attachment and paying the required fees and deposits.

Returned Checks
The Town charges a fee for each returned check in accordance with the fee schedule then in effect. View other policies regarding returned checks.

Water Account Closures
At least three business days prior to the sale of the property, a seller must notify the Town, in writing, of their intent to discontinue water service.

Leak Adjustments
If you have a water leak, you may qualify for an adjustment to your account.
