New Accounts

Application Process

New owners must apply for a water service account by completing the New Owner Water Service Application (PDF), the Water Service Application SSN Attachment (PDF) and paying the required fees and deposits.

All water service accounts will be in the name of the owner of the property.

The Town may reject any water application for service if the applicant has any outstanding water accounts at any location within the Town.


A deposit in the amount of $25 per bedroom is due at the start of service. This deposit is held in escrow for the duration of the account. Water accounts are billed six times per year based on the rates established in the Consolidated Fee Schedule (PDF). The fee schedule also details any other charges for new taps, etc.
