Bulk Item/Brush Disposal (Note that a permit/sticker is required to use the bulk item/brush collection yard.)
**Curbside collection of bulk items and brush takes place from October through April each year.
Sign up to be notified of trash and recycling news flashes such as changes to the collection schedule due to holidays or severe weather. Look for Sanitation under News Flash.

Beach Pit Fires
Beach pit fires are allowed on the beach in the Town of Nags Head with a permit. Permits are issued between 5:30 p.m. and midnight daily based on current wind speed and fire danger conditions. Permits are valid the day of issue only, through midnight, and are valid only within the Town of Nags Head.
