Stay Inside - High Winds Are Causing Issues

US 64/S. Virginia Dare Tr. (the Nags Head-Manteo causeway) is impassable due to downed powerlines and debris washing onto the road. Powerlines are also down on S. Virginia Dare Trail near Grouse.

Power is out in several areas of Dare County and Dominion Power is on scene. We are not through this yet, so please stay inside.
