TOWN OF NAGS HEAD BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners for the Town of Nags Head will conduct a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 beginning at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of holding a Closed Session to consult with the Town Attorney regarding matters protected by the attorney/client privilege and to preserve that privilege, as allowed by N.C.G.S 143-318.11(a)(3). The meeting will be held at the Town of Nags Head Board Meeting Room located at 5401 S Croatan Highway, Nags Head, NC 27959. This the 22nd day of September 2023. Carolyn F. Morris, Town Clerk
