Adjustments Due to Leaks

If you have a leak you may qualify for an adjustment to your account. Your usage must be more than double the average consumption, and you must supply a copy of a repair bill reflecting the date and type of repair made within 30 days of the bill date. A pending adjustment does not relieve the customer from making payment before the account becomes past due.

An account will be adjusted no more than two times in two years.
